This is similar to the standard USB PanTilt Controller, but with the additional feature of a pair of relays to drive a zoom motor. The power for the zoom motor is drawn from the batteries in the head so no extra power is required. It provides around 5V at a few hundred milliamps and the zoom in/out buttons control the polarity of the output. I haven't actually used it with a zoom motor myself so I can't advise on which lenses it is suitable for, please check the lens spec before ordering and feel free to contact me with any queries.
It is compatible with the motorized pan tilt tripod heads supplied in the UK by Hague Camera Supports. It allows the pan tilt head and the zoom motor to be controlled from the USB port of a computer. This is particularly useful if you are using a camera with a USB connection. Including software (Windows only) it costs:
